ever since I have had the bike on the road there is this sort of ticking sound (not quite a ticking but thats the best way I can explain it) its loudest on the right hand side but seems to be through out is this normal? the bike pulls hard and runs fine, its allways been there but for some reason it worried me today
any ideas what it could be or do all two strokes make a ticking sound.

Two things come to mind Odin:
1) you have a ring that's catching on a port....usually an exhaust port...or...
2) you have a loose header clamp/ring that's letting the exhaust escape very slightly
My .02 worth....
