If 2 of the check valves don't pass oil, the 3rd one will work, but not the blocked ones.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

o rings? possibly swelled and blocking pump hole?
That would also be my next suspicion.

Success, kind of, I loosened the pump mounting screws and turned the pump, very slight play when loose, now all 6 lines are flowing. When I rebuilt the engine a few years ago I used the o rings that came with the gasket kit, I believe they swelled enough to block the hole from the pump, I am going to replace them with proper o rings and hopefully be done with this issue.
Looking at your link markush, that is what I was hoping to see, makes more sense what the different passages are doing, I was thinking the oil flowed between the holes in a row up and down in the pump body, but didn't consider the rotation and discharging in a different row of holes.
Thanks for the help.

Turns out the old o rings had a much smaller inside diameter than the new ones,if they swelled or were smaller from new? there wasn't enough space for the slight play in the mounting holes. Now to check the other bikes for oil flow.

O-Rings, oil pump flange, I use these:

O-Ring 3.8x1.9 NBR70

3.8 x 1.9 mm (= inner diameter x thickness)
