Hi there
Just wondered if the kickstart mechanism can be repaired if the gear teeth are at fault or is it an
engine split for sure?
Also are the T250 and T350 bottom ends are the same and only the bores are wider on the
bigger bike ?

The kick starter pawl & gear are under the clutch cover.
You may find that the kick starter works ok if you first gently press the kick start lever until the pawl catches on the gear & then give a good kick.
Putting a T350 top end on a T250 is a popular way to get a big boost in power.
Check the online parts diagram if you want to know about any specific part.
