When I was trying to sort the parts out for this 750L I picked the chain that looked like the best fit out of a chain bucket.
It must be the wrong one because it is starting to dig into the final drive plate and has a major tight spot.
Both sprokets seem to be strait as an arrow and I doubt one could get bent.
It measures out at about 22mm wide. Does anyone know offhand how wide the 750 chain is supposed to be?

Re: 750L Chain Size
I just replaced it with another 530 chain and a new front sproket, both were original and pretty worn.
No more rubbing!

Re: 750L Chain Size
Good to hear that a new (different) chain fixed it.
I have read that O ring chains are too wide and drag on the seal cover. My current GT750 has an O ring chain and no rubbing, but the sprocket was offset by a couple of MM IIRC.
