His email is GTReiner1@aol.com, and the other two sources are Manfred (also in Germany at schoenherr.kelkheim@t-online.de), or give Paul a call - contact info is at http://www.reproductiondecals.com/paulmiller.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. 8)

Thanks for the info - Reiner has confirmed he has some Jet needles # 13383-15600 and the following

- Needle jets P-4 (09494-00051) - no more available
- Needle jets P-5 (09494-00056) - in stock

You could use two P-5 jets instead of one P-5 plus one P-4.

I do not know anything about the P-4 & P-5 needle jets, therefore is he correct saying you can use two P-5 needle jets instead?

P-5 should run slightly richer than P-4, but I think they are still available as Mikuni parts. Just do a Google search for a P-4. I also suspect that unless there is physical damage, you should be able to clean the old ones and re-use them, but there are better qualified folks on the board who can confirm that. The needle itself is worth replacing if it is at all pitted or notched - for the other jets, a good clean will often do wonders. 8)

Check whether the existing jets are 188 or 159 series. They are probably 188. If so there are not a lot of them around, but check all the on-line stores for Mikuni 188 P-4

P-5 will, as Ian mentioned, be slightly richer in the midrange but I suspect that you won't notice it.
