72 T500 - Location of Flasher Relay

Post by Syd »

Hello - I am working through my restoration and I would like to know where is the correct location for the flasher relay on my 72 T500? Is is fixed to the same bracket that the rectifier is fitted to or does it go some where else? The flasher relay mounting bracket accepts a 6mm bolt which is larger than the threaded stud on the rectifier. Any help or a photo would be greatly appreciated.

This is an 'as found' photo I took of a MK1, but yours should be quite similar.

I owned T500J years ago and I can confirm the flasher relay location.
