Awesome job. Looks like it just rolled out the factory doors. I really like that color. What is it called ?

Excellent job on the '71! She sure looks great!
On the gas tank, is the white paint or vinyl? If it is vinyl, was it custom made, or did it come from one of the reproduction shops?
Reason I ask is that finding the graphics for my 1971 has been a difficult task.

Top job there. Did you post any before photo's? Nice looking bike, and it's a shame that people did not take more care of them, back in the day, and not trade them in for the latest model.

Re: Just completed 1971 T500 restoration
Here are a couple of before pics. It is very rare to see an older bike in nice condition that someone has owned since new. I must admit I was guilty as a teenager in the early 80's of buying, selling & not looking after many bikes that I wish I still owned.

Re: Just completed 1971 T500 restoration
What an amazing transformation! Now, the main question is, do you like riding it as much as you liked
restoring it and will there be another?
Cheers!
