Suzuki 2 Strokes

Just wondering, before I break my mirror glass!!, can original "S" stamped mirrors be dismantled? The chromed mirror holder backs are dented and both they and the stalks could do with rechroming.

Also, are the carb bellows on a GT380M easy to replace?
