Apparently Suzi is making them again....for an English-speaking market somewhere, Ian.

Why would the factory be doing this ??? Pick one of the following choices:

AA) They're desperate for ANY kind of revenue....right now....and the push is on to get that revenue from any source they can. When the world economy picks back up and sales of new bikes are back to normal, the parts supply for old bikes will suddenly dry up again.

OR

BB) They've finally realized that they shouldn't be ignoring the demand for parts by owners of older bikes....the sales of which have helped them along their road to success over the last 50+ years.

Excuse me if I appear cynical and jaded but I picked AA) right off the bat. Others may be more charitable.

Rick - I suspect its a combination of both  I do know that in the UK, the Kettle Club has been badgering Suzuki UK plus Crooks has been collecting requests for parts no longer in production. The grab bar is now available in the UK from Suzuki, although the price is a bit steep at roughly 100 quid, but its good for all of us in the long run. You already see that although Delkevic isn't selling components for their reproduction pipes (at the moment all they sell are full sets), reproduction centre pipes are by themselves starting to show up on fleabay in Europe. 8)

Its amazing how things come and go with no rhyme or reason to it. Its good to know the racks are back in action again, for now anyways, until they disappear again.
Now to see if the 77 Buffalo ft fenders come into play again at a decent price along with mufflers etc.
As for ebay,I was looking for a 77 fender for a long time and they all went for silly money, even used/abused ones. Recently the price has dropped significantly and they can be had for about $20.00 to $30.00 on average which is great since all need re-chroming and some minor work on a few dings anyways.
Two strokes, its just that simple.

Didn't Rick and I give you the order info for the B fender Allan ? They had them for a while here from Suzuki Canada - not sure about now. I see the M and A style is available again in the US, although the cost is a bit steep. And for pipes - as I've shared elsewhere on this board, Delkevic in the UK is delivering M, A and B sets now, and Delkevic US should have them toward the end of this year. I was also told by the US rep that individual pipes would eventually be made available rather than just sets. 8)
