Gt550 vin/frame number
Ok i have a gt55o that i believe to be a 75 I got it with no title and im trying to find the vin so i can get a new one. Of couse all the sticker/tags have cam off and ill i can find is five numbers stamped into the frame head. Im not used to dealing with older bikes so is that the "vin" number?

You are correct, the VIN is GT550xxxxxx, where xxxxx is the five digits.

Suzuki frame & engine VINs of this era typically don't match.
