T125 Forks

Hello,
I'm building up a T125 Stinger/Flying Leopard from parts wherever I find them, but I've hit a problem with fork dimensions.
I have two sets of forks and yokes/triple trees, both of which I bought as being from the T125 models.
The first set seems to be identical in every respect to that fitted to my '71 ACC50, lengthwise and also in having a 10mm axle.
The second is set is fractionally longer, 635mm vs 625mm, measured from the bottom of the top yoke to the centre of the wheel spindle/axle, and has a 12mm axle.
The latter set allows the fitment of the Stinger headlamp brackets, which are too long for the first set.
So, can anybody tell me what the correct fork length should be for a T125, as measured from the bottom of the top yoke to the wheel spindle centre?
In addition, what diameter should the front brake hub be? Roy Bacons' book (my main source of info) has the spec as 140mm for the front (and rear too, which seems improbable!). However, the second set of forks came with a wheel, and the brake hub is of only 130mm diameter.
Any information gratefully received!

There has been a resto article for these bikes in Classic Motorcycle Mechanics last year by Steve Cooper (of VJMC Tansha fame), and these queries may have been covered there. Otherwise a letter/email to the magazine may get some information.
There were never many of these bikes about when they were new, and even less now, so getting information on them may be a matter of luck.

Thanks Alan, I'll see if I can get a back-copy.

You likely will find an old printed parts manual to be useful. Several are available vi eBay.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw= ... rts+manual

Online dealer parts are also really useful. Some list only available parts & some list all parts.
https://www.cmsnl.com/suzuki-t125ii-197 ... CK7li2B3Fw
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/suzuk ... nger-t125r

Per the online parts, both wheels use brake shoes 54401-07810
The brake shoes are NLA, but are available from EBC. EBC part S602 (130 x 28mm)

Per the online parts, wheel bearings are parts 08113-63010 & 08143-63017
Per eBay listings, these bearings are for 12mm axles.

There are a few errors in the online parts manuals. Suzuki also did some transitions that used up available parts for previous models. So don’t be surprised if you find some “variations”.

I have all the parts manuals for the T125, but like all others, component dimensions such as fork length aren't mentioned (neither are they in the T125 Shop Manual).

Ferodo make replacement rear brake shoes, and EBC front shoes are also easily obtainable here in the UK fortunately. However, I'm using an SB200 front wheel (a rather more effective brake at 150mm diameter). Wheel bearings are also freely available from local bearing suppliers too.

As the second set of forks came with the correct 130mm braked wheel with a 12mm axle, I'll take these as the definitive dimensions, until such time as I can take some physical measurements from another bike.

Thanks to all for your replies.

Look here - https://alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm - choose year, model, part, then check part number on google/ebay to see what else it fits.
