aside from frame and swing arm, would you do same to center stand, kick stand, and triple tree thing?

Agreed the only black bits I would wet paint are ones that have corroded and need plenty of primer to fill in the pits.

Including battery carrier, solenoid/rectifier plate, rear brake torque arm, handlebar clamps............

so, what you're all saying is anything "black"....I think I get it....i was told powder coating is harder than wet paint....I should do some reading on this...thanks all....

You will also get to choose the gloss level.
The powder coater for our GT250 cafe project gave us the option in 20% increments, ranging from flat black to really glossy black.
I don't know what gloss level would correspond to the original Suzuki black frame paint.
Maybe another forum member knows.

interesting..that didn't occur to me that the gloss level could be chosen....I like the high gloss level look for a frame...looks like it might be easier to keep clean as well.......
