A Field Guide to the GT550, plus T/GT Resource Updates

Post by oldjapanesebikes »

I had some time on my hands, so.................
  • - I've added a new section to the OJB web site called "A Field Guide to the Suzuki GT550". I had help as always from many people and you will find their names mentioned in the text and on the photos.
  • - I've completely rebuilt the OJB web site - I'm not sure if everything works yet, but it looks OK at the moment - if you find a link that isn't working I would really appreciate an email
  • - Rick came over one afternoon and we scanned in a load of his copies of service bulletins - that whole section has been redone and this is the direct link
  • - a load of new manuals have been added - I now have 37 on line for people to view - new ones include:
  • - K10/K11 Owners Manual
  • - GT550 Japanese Domestic Market Parts Manual
  • - GT550 Regional Parts Manuals for several countries
  • - T500 MK1 Owners Manual
  • - GT750M Owners Manual
  • - GT750A Owners Manual
  • - Suzuki Service Data Manual - 1975l
  • - Suzuki Owners Instruction Manual
  • - Suzuki Setup Manual
I have fixed a load of errors, probably added a few new ones and already have a list of changes planned for a next update. Its a hobby ................

Feedback is always appreciated - email is preferred. Enjoy ! 8)

That's a really useful reference Ian, we could use something similar for the GT500, although there are more than a few 'parallel' parts changes, e.g. the move from chromed to black headlamps and supports, same on 500 and 550.
