T250 II Tapered Head Bearings

I can't find any listings for a 1970 T250 for steering head bearings. I work at a bike shop (Suzi dealer) and the earliest my books go back to for Pyramid Parts or All Balls is the 1973 Hustler. Any idea if these will be the same? The frames seem to have the same dimensions but I don't want to order something that's wrong. Alternatively if anyone knows the actual measurements needed I can do some cross referencing and order something that will work from another bike.
