There are some old posts about the PartsNMore bronze swingarm bushing not fitting. The ID is OK, but the OD is too big.

OldBikeBarn also sells them:

As does DiabloCycle:

Does anyone know if any of these options currently fit without modification?

HVCcycle sells bronze bushings for Yamahas & Kawasakis, but not Suzuki.
They have a warning: “The Bushings must be pressed into the swingarm. If the Bushings are struck with a hammer or pounded in the Bushings will be damaged”

That might be the issue with the Suzuki bushings I found — they might need pressed in.

I ordered the stock Suzuki bushings & will use those unless I have a solution for bronze bushings that don’t need pressed in.

Found a bit more info from the OldJapaneseBikes website: http://www.oldjapanesebikes.com/1973_GT750/page-3
Properly sized bronze bushings are available from The Kettle Club in the UK & Reiner in Germany.

Suzuki switched to needle roller bearings on the GS bikes.
A conversion for the two strokes is described here: http://www.pinkpossum.com/GT750/phattra ... winger.htm

Per an old forum post, Pedro used to sell phosphor bronze bushings that he made himself.
