Hello Gentleman
Getting ready to assemble my 73 GT550 engine, anything I should know be for
I get going? Had Bill Bune do the crank seals new Wisco pistons 1st over
All new rubber seals (Thanks Dean!) Powerdyno alternator, newtronics ignition
Cylinders bored by AM machine in Ct. Super nice job! Bike only had 11K trans clean.
Everything cleaned in ultrasonic tank. When I did my T500 I left out that pesky oil pump gear!
Had to split the case. Was able to get starter clutch and rebuild kit the old one was in pieces.
Just want avoid any rookie mistakes
Thank You!

For those wondering about using both the Powerdynamo & Newtronics kits.

The original Powerdynamo kit was a complete system that replaces both the stock alternator & points ignition system.
Powerdynamo had some problems with the 3-cylinder kit and has discontinued these kits for the GT380, GT550 & GT750.

Powerdynamo now sells alternator-only kits for the GT380, GT550 & GT750.

It's a bummer they had problems with powerdynamo system, the one on my T500 is perfect! Got JL expansion chambers any advice on tuning/jetting?
Yes I'm broke!

Thanks.
150w at 12v calculates to 12.5 amps
