Suzuki 2 Strokes

Happy holidays!
Putting my 74 T500 back together even before I took her apart noticed that carb cable adjusters are right at the end of there stroke same with oil pump cable checked adjustment at other end at throttle same maxed out. Could it be just shot and the cables just stretched?

You could have an aftermarket throttle cable that differs somewhat from stock.
