Hi Guys,
I have recently picked up a 1972 suzuki RV 75 that has sat around for some years. Got most of the problems sorted then fresh fuel/oil and a carby clean and went for a ride. After a 10 minutes of so it stopped blowing smoke....... I found the banjo fitting feeding the oild pump was a bit clogged.
I have the pump set up with a head of oil and im running it with my battery drill, Im getting a very slow drip of oil out of the port for the mixer and seems nothing out of the port to supply the crank bearings.
Any idea how much oil i should be seeing ?
Should the crank and intake receive different amounts of oil ?
Any Dramas pulling these pumps apart ?
Thanks Mark
