For some reason, I am pouring 2 strioke oil out 1 pipe alot more then the other 2. I always have to clear it out and that one pipe pours oil. At a stop light it pours oil. How come, only one pipe is overloaded? I am going through a lot of oil, every 8 gallons i need to refill the tank. i have it adjust on the line like reccomended. I appreciate any help.

Hi,sounds like you have a complete failure of the check valve in the end of the oil line !. I don't know how the plug could possibly still be firing ? I would have thought you'd get hydraulic lock with all that oil/fuel in there  When you say it "pours oil" where from ? The exhaust port, or from the end of the muffler ? Has the pump been apart for any reason ? it is possible to have things around the wrong way ! pump working flat out at idle & hardly any delivery at higher revs
Regards,
Roger

I have an in-progress topic about the oil pump setup on a modified GT750.
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=11662&start=0
That topic is about the possibility of getting the pump 180 degrees out.
Yeadon_m said that getting the oil pump out by 180 degrees will increase oil consumption by a factor of 3.

I think I might have my issue figured out and will post more later this week when I have some time.

Also worth checking: is your bike using transmission oil.

When I say pours oil, I mean smoke. After some research about you post I believe you are correct. I will check the check valve and post my results. Thank you to both you guys for your response and help with this matter!

Yes they are a very interesting machine & keep you interested every time you ride them, mine recently had a badly blocked exhaust, the baffle was clean, but the pipe itself was badly blocked...fitted another pipe & she went like a rocket 8)
