Thanks for posting that up Dave, as you've probably noticed the right EGT gauge is in error and the tach is not accurate you can see the needle dancing around due to a lack of damper fluid.
I'm surprised he had on the stock carbs, unless its a class requirement.
Nice sound though.

I didnt notice till later that is list member Gary's bike .. yeah the EGT gauge on my yellow custom bike would act a little wonkey at times if the connections were not tight .

My Westach did the same thing Dave if the connections were dirty or corroded. I don't recall the output of a thermocouple but I think it's in the MV range, so it doesn't take much to get a false reading.
I'm getting funny results form the CHT thermocouple I just bought so I may have to calibrate it or dump it. It could be a bad connection I suppose.
Nice road race footage, but what are those big green things so close to the track......

The #3 that does look like its reading good shows 1200 on the top end so that is good .. really running off the track into a tree sure would make your day LOL .

The funny thing is that as I watched the video, I'm trying to look through the corners and glance at the gauges only on a straight enough part of the track. It makes sense that Allan , who restores gauges, would notice that they are all over the map.
