Strader jetting

Does anyone happen to have the jetting instructions that Strader sent out with their 3 into 1 systems?

No, but I have a TCE 3/1 on my stock engined buffalo and I am running 112.5's on all three cylinders. It runs clean and smooth, except that I still need to do the air jet mod to stop the trailing throttle surge. 115's were too fat.

Thanks Wayne. 112.5s are quite small. Strader used to claim that the jetting instructions supplied with the pipes would eliminate that low speed stutter which piqued my interest.

The strader jetting might cure the problem but I would not bet on it. The problem is that the stock air jet is WAAAY to big. The replacement suggested by the service bulliten is smaller.
The 3/1 that I have runs very hard down low and up to 6K, then it signs off. Good news is that the area where it pulls the hardest is where I spend all my time anyway, so the top speed does not matter.

With the Piper 3-1 fitted my 380 (stock airbox) is a little rich but leaning off the airscrew allows it to run fine.
As Wayne says, the rpm limit is lowered, the 380 will rev to 7K but stops dead at that figure, like a brick wall. This makes the practical top speed about 85mph
