What do you know about this bike?

It has RD heads, squish band versus T350 domed

Are there any other proven performance mods one can do to a T350?

I seem to recall that Michael Pettifer had an early T350 (315?) many years (decades) ago with 6mm spacers under the barrels. Decent squish head have to be a good idea too.

Tz375,

That's interessting. I am worried the RD head combustion area is 3 mm wider. If that even matters

If you choose to lift the cyclinder / exhaust port some you could shave the RD head as well.... just so the flat area is at about ~62mm (same as T350 head). This should leave a lot of squish squish area on RD head still (need to check).

6mm wow  That sound like a lot. Race bike only?

Head machining has to e done right but it's not rocket science.

I rode that bike on the street, but don't tell anyone....
