Is there such a thing as a dead 750 cylinder bank?

Hey guys,

I'm making good progress on the reed conversion.  :D And after taking measurements, and pictures, and port molds, I think it's going to fit very nicely. But I am the type that wants to know it will fit nicely.

I know you can't kill a 750 motor, but is there someone out there with maybe a rusted up bore or some kind of misused cylinder bank they would let go of, so I can do a test fitting? I'm looking for the later stub carb mount model.

thanks guys!!!!!!

I've got 6 or 8 of them sitting here somewhere. You're welcome to one, as your reed conversion is of interest to me as well. The only fly in the ointment that I see is the shipping from this side of the border. At least no oceans involved. Let me know. Cheers.

I can't get a quote here, but I'm in zipcode 87124 (New Mexico) The weight is around 24 lbs, could you possibly check the shipping charges from there?

It would be greatly appreciated!
