That was so funny ... when i first opened the page and i saw gumbys head it made me laugh thinking thats what you were going to show us :wth:

John, that really shows how deceptive teh intakes are and how wide they get.

But check out the other end with steps and bumps and all manner of nasties down there. Of course with a reed motor, that could all be cleaned up with no detriment to low speed performance :roll:

They are rather lumpy/bumpy, and the flair at the liner is not good either. But not really bad for a sand core cast.

I just did the port molds to "see" how things looked for my reed conversion project, whick is looking good.

So I really didn't look a lot into the port shape themselves.

I have one of the "master" parts out for casting in aluminum right now. It should be here any day now. So then some finishing, and the parts should be ready to mold!

Looks like Gumby Jeffery Dahmered a Block Head. :lol: :lol: I think he has Serious Problems Moo.He may need serious Medical attention.Lorraine may be onto something by Doing him in. :|

Oh yeah Moo I'm a bit closer to bein able to work on the T500 Cylinders.I got my Car Fixed and Workbench Built.Now I have to break down and get a Grinder before I finish wearing out my Burrs out on other Non motorcycle parts. :x
