For GT750 ? That was introduced as standard at engine 57533 for the 1975 production year - take a look at Service Bulletin #7. 8)

Happy to help !

You can actually still buy the bearing and spacer from Suzuki - 09263-51002 is the needle bearing, and 21251-49200 is the smaller diameter spacer that goes with it. Clutch basket is unchanged. Should be about 60 in USD. 8)

Dave,

I have two, so one is boxed up ready to go out tomorrow. Merry Christmas.

That's one less excuse. Can't wait to see that thing on the road.

Richard you keep prodding him, give him everything he needs to get it to the Gap for 2011  .
Dave, you have about five months from now to have it ready.

And he still gets distracted. Of course that never happens to the rest of us now does it?

It also acts as a prompt to keep me on track too. I get so busy on other things that project bikes are just not a priority. So this way I can't allow Dave to finish his major build before I get my slight change build up and running.

Speak for yourselves,   I'm painting up a storm, met silver, met pewter, clear-coat, black, and everything else in between. I've got lots of bike ornaments hanging around these days all freshly painted.

Allan,
what are you working on? Something hot and spicy or a resto?

Dave,
Before I forget again, that needle roller and center sleeve is in the mail.

Richard I'm working on painting and clear-coating body parts for four bikes at the same time right now. Theres Bandit parts being painted in met silver, met pewter (engine colour) and gloss black; then theres GT parts being painted met silver and black, Titan parts in Met silver, and some GSX1100 small parts in the works as well.
Basically the plethora of Bandit parts I've been painting are going on the Florida Bandit, those ones will be brought back here to the island and be redone for the Calgary Bandit. This summer those repainted ones will be fitted to that bike and the old ones on it will be brought back and redone for my bitsa Bandit project.
After being out of the painting scene for quite a few years its been refreshing to get back into it, I actually find it therapeutic to watch parts go from scruffy to 'like new' in a few hours.
*Update* I had some photos posted here but I moved them and some of the post details over to the restoration page, so you need to go there to see the pictures.
