In the US, choices are limited. The UK has Swarbrick, Higgspeed and Gibson. Europe has Jolly Moto.
The US has some great custom pipe builders, bu the only readily available pipes are JEMCO AFAIK. They appear to work well and have a good reputation on this board.
If you were looking for every available HP for a race motor, they are probably not the ultimate, but for a street bike, they are good.

JEMCO has their standard Buffalo pipes which work well, but he told me that he MAY still have the jigs for roadrace pipes also. He will even make the standard pipes with stingers if that's what you want. You just need to call Jon and talk. His price is better than anyone else, and you get delivery in about 10 days from order. Not many builders can claim that.
Yes, those in my avatar are his standard GT750 pipes.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.
Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........

they look good I wonder how much difference in price and performance there is in the road race pipes. After I get the pipes and Zukidave helps with my carbs I'm going to get the rear shocks you were talking about in the suspension thread. then its on to a GS front end. the good thing is i will have a bunch of good 72 parts for the community. I was looking into the Higspeed pipes but the cost is crazy to have them shipped here.

Do not use Stingers on the street under any circumstances. You will not make any more power but you will cause ear bleed and annoy a lot of people.
2 stroke road racers all use mufflers and no one would consider using stingers even if they could.
Most drag racers use stingers but that's a whole different ball of wax.
Road race chambers are also designed for high RPMs and lose power at street revs.

I have a set of Gibson Allspeeds on my custom, but I was living in The Netherlands when I bought them and they came back in my household goods, otherwise instead of just being expensive they would have been outrageously expensive !

I found this articleto be a good read for someone like myself just looking for an introduction into how they work, and more importantly why they work. It is a bit dated - notice there are no email addresses or web sites listed in any of the ads

Higgspeed Chambers
Here is link for the Higgspeeds that TZ mentioned....might not be economical to buy and get here to the U.S. but a great video to listen to....

If you want to keep the centre stand not many expansion chambers can lay claim to that. However Gibson informed me they retain the centre stand feature for their pipes, and its good to have it for a road bike, you know....
Two strokes, its just that simple.
