Its the niceist looking crank i have gotten back from Bill , the rods do look like new or very nicely remachined ( i didnt pay for new ) and alll the flywheels are nicely cleaned up and the welds are nicely ground smooth . I havent had a chance to check runout yet but he claimed it to be trued :D the hit for the work with me supplying the seals was $247.00 + shipping
the older i get the faster i was

Bill did a great job on BlueBoy's crank.

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........

He did a great job on my GT500 crank as well. My rods looks just as good. I think we bead blasts them while the crank is apart.

I'm getting ready to send my cylinders to him next week for a rebore on my TR500 replica project bike. I'm also getting the pistons heat/molly coated and relief cut for expansion. I'm taking a few extra precausions to prevent a piston melt down when i start beating the hell out of the engine.
