My son had a gamma just like that one and after we replaced all the crashed parts, it was a great bike. Much fast around a twisty road than an RD250 or RD400 because it handled so much better and felt more secure.

And now he has a Panigale and I have an RD350....

Thank you, guys! I also believe that the frame should withstand and the handling will not deteriorate. I would not want to cut the frame. According to the first example, side carburetors rest against the frame. I'm going to start a project closer to winter. Now it is necessary. ride)) .... How to assemble the whole kit, lay out the photo
Panigale is cool, but a bit wrong ... :D

As a result, I bought a Banshee engine .... And so, what kind of ports it has. If anyone knows what can be done correctly, help.)))

What is a banshee engine? One that is modified into being a screamer?

I believe the Banshee is a snowmobile engine. Their cylinders have been adapted to Yam 2-strokes to good effect.

Cheers Geoff

It was a Yamaha quad that was in production from 1987 up to 2012, its engine was very heavily based on the 350 YPVS. Loads of companies make aftermarket barrels, heads and tuning parts for them which fit straight onto a stock YPVS crankcase, and I believe it's possible to go to 520cc with big-bore barrels and a stroked crank.
