What are Mab barrels? I have used the search option.........

M or A or B models. That's the year designation.
J = 1972, then K,L,M,A,B.
But what model of bike are you on about as all different ones of say, 1974 were L whether they were 750, 550, 380, 250 etc.

Thanks for the replys !, Yes it did occur to me later after posting....... I'm looking at a 750 special build.

On a GT750 the M/A/B barrels have considerably different porting compared with the earlier bikes, aimed at boosting peak power

If I recall they have same Exhaust and and Intake porting specs heights as early T500 barrels.

You raise an interesting question there. What were the early and late 500 port dimensions?
