Thank you!Metal 0.8 mm is quite easy to bend with your hands,really smooth cone will not work....I have not seen steel pipe with a diameter of 90 -100 mm and thickness of 1-1.5 mm...for Example, if I'm not confused,Allspeed chambers has an average portion of 90 mm ?

My centre section is 100mm in diameter.....Allspeeds are smaller as you say. My bike had Allspeeds on it at first, but to be honest, the bike was very restricted, and the performance was poor. My engine is standard and runs a lot better now with the larger capacity pipes fitted.[*]Image[*]

Nice bike!!!Clear!Allspeed not the best pipe for modified engine...One guy on facebook put these pipes http://www.ebay.com/itm/1997-Used-Yamah ... vxp=mtr,he" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; changed the front cone,because the original cone was taken on a frame. .Said that,at about 7500. good pickup and it can even go cruising at 3500...the Engine and carbs normally.Don't know if I should look at pipe snowmobile...

As far as I understood for this motorcycle,Barry Sheene chambers were made specially and there is no one of the middle exhaust,which works on all motorcycles and modified and there...Maybe even a snowmobile exhaust is not the most bad decision...here is what he writes...............They are part Gt750 down to the cone. I left about 4 or 6 inches of the cone of the original exhaust on and welded Yamaha SRX700 Expansion chambers to that. Then I welded some after market silencers to it. They work well. I am not an expert on the GT750 so i dont know how to compare to a aftermarket exhaust built by higgspeed or j&R. I Honestly feel these pipes are more for racing. they were originally designed to spin at 8500 rpm. I can cruise at 3500 comfortable but thats on the edge of the powerband. They can be modified by moveing cone on headpipe but i left them alone because its fun to ride in the powerband. Thanks for your intrest In USSR!

Higgs, Bassani, JR, JEMCO are all street pipes and all peak at 6000 - 6500. None of them are very good for racing. Ocelot are a really old design too.

Snowmobile pipes are designed for a narrow powerband that they can get away with because of their CVT transmissions. Basically almost any pipe is better than stock because they are so much lighter.

if you are going to raise the floors with a plate then why not tune a set of pipes to your build if you are going to build new pipes to a spec anyway

If you port timing starts to match that of the Kawasaki H2 stock and various designs from mild to wild (mostly wild) there are designs you can leverage here as well.

Will Dencos from an H2 come close to bolting up to a gt750?

That would be too easy

Unfortunately I have no 2 stroke Kawasaki. I asked this question,but it turned out that no one experimented with pipes kawasaki...I thought about it and decided not.Bolting to redo it not a problem to turn the flange and weld it to the pipe.In our country, unfortunately these bikes is not at all and train on...(((

The question arises,pipe XR05 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByyIwJ ... ef=2&pli=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
is why it is very different from TR750 https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByyIwJ ... ef=2&pli=1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
....In this course, and diameter,the question is why?

Are you trying to make a race or performance street machine?

I think pipe design uses input about your exhaust port timing (I am no expert). So doesn't matter if Kawasaki, Yamaha or Suzuki.

But check this out if you have not... maybe some ideas on design... maybe not. A lot of people played with Kawasaki probably more so than Suzuki

Can you reiterate what your sate of tune goals is to be: Street, Road race, etc.

I think performance street machine,the possible departures of the race,but mostly urban use.The fact is that there are so many choices of exhaust pipes for Suzuki and they all had a practical use.I just want to know from experts,what pipe will fit my needs.I don't want to reinvent the wheel...)))Thanks for this interesting site!!!
