I would recommend that you chat to Stan Stevens or Pete Lindemere or Mick Abbey or maybe Pete O'Dell about what you want and have them tell you what they would recommend and if that's within your budget, have them do the porting and machining.

In the UK, Higgs probably off the only pipes and just the weight loss alone makes for a significant performance improvement. A professional tuner can tell you what they think would work best for you in terms of bang for the buck or pulling power for the pound.
