Also I question if the T350R intake height is maybe a typo at "88.9 mm" for the shop manual T305 says 82.9mm (http://www.oldjapanesebikes.com/mraxl_G ... vice/index" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I know the T305 is not the T350 but I had both in my hand at one time and don't recall the T350 intake being 6mm lower .I have compared piston pin to skirt bottom length on both pistons and the same.

Maybe true... can someone check??

That pipe may work with a full race motor at the top end of the rev range but at anywhere else it is not very good. Best overall pipe for a Suzuki twin is probably a DG designed for an RD Yamaha. Totally different beast but a DG will work better than the Race Kit pipe.

I put the pipe there to be complete. I do find the DG RD400 works well for stock or modified street for the 250/305/350 twins. On my ported T305 EX (-30.5mm if I recall) the DGs work even better and engine sounds very different and has a crisper snappier tone than before.

I just checked my spare 74-77? GT380 cyls... they have the 84mm Intake. The "milder" Australian street mod when it suggests to lower intake 2mm assumes you are starting with the 87mm. I modified these spares to be -32mm Exhaust (I think they were a little over 33mm when I started), run T250 Aluminum head gaskets (for 1/2mm thick versus 1mm for stock ones) and 86mm intake effective (ala 2mm off skirt). I run JEMCOs 3 into 3 with stock intake.

The GT380 transfer passages where it meets cases, unlike the 250 is not tapered/smooth so i patterned the GT380 to look similar to my 74 GT250 there. Carbs stock for now (may later try Gt550s ).

Just got some WISECO OS pistons for Gt380... not sure if I'll have enough warm weather this year to test it out
