What I found interesting is that they offer pipes for three other triples in 3 into 3 format and only the 750 as a 3 into 1. Do we deduce from that fact that their 3:1 is more torque and less about top end for a more cruising type bike?
BTW it's $995 for a single cylinder RS125, so that figure is almost reasonable. That pipe would have to be a PIA to fabricate

I called Jemco, spoke with Jon and yes he did say he make the 3 into 1 for Omar.
He said they did have a "Chamber" section. He said "... they don't work well..." if it was his money "he would get 3 into 3". So I am not sure if 3 into 1 prformance are like stock, worse than stock, or just not as good as 3 into 3 for performance as would be expected? If the 3 into 1 was a good as stock overall it would be nice to have a set.

Has Titan Performance made any headway at producing GT750 3-1 systems?titan performance wrote:That looks to be a fine piece of engineering Dave, but a lot of gas trying to escape from a small chamber....
I had a Gt750 back in the early 80s, and I quickly swapped the OEM pipes for a Piper 3-1, despite all sorts of rumours about a dramatic loss of perfromance. To be honest, I never detected any loss of power anywhere in the rev range at all, and on the plus side, the sound was just awesome ! The smooth deep crackle, and improved looks would have been worth a few horses.
Just as a matter of interest, our next project at TITAN performance, is to create both 3-3 and 3-1 systems fro the Kettle, and we are not far from completing the 3-1 system. We can't wait for the day we complete the pipe and bolt it to our 750 for trial. Rest assured, it will be getting some You-tube air time when we do.
