Re: Jemco jollies
Are the Jemco silencer cores attached to the rest of the chamber or do they come out ? as Jemco could supply the end caps separately so you could try different size cores .

They come out. I think they are held in with a small screw on the end.

Re: Jemco jollies
As Kevin mentioned, undo two small screws and they pop out. Nice design. Found out that the screws are not exactly 180 degrees apart, but that's not a biggie.
Whose pipes are these anyway ?

Shhh! I'm just testing them and keeping them internally oiled.
BTW, that rocket fuel and running hard left them clean as a whistle inside.

Re: Jemco jollies
Just run a ball hone through the cylinder. 2 or 3 plunges. I wouldnt think you need to bore the cylinder. Pop in some fresh rings and make sure the oil pump is putting out what you think it is.... You could always run a little premix to make sure the walls are getting a little extra.

Re: Jemco jollies
I'm going for the approach that it ran like that last weekend, so it should be fine for another few runs. Ball hone requires barrels off and I can't face that right now.
