I'll be going but not to race. It's a chance to see some freinds who will be racing and others who'll just spectate and shop in the parts department, er, uh the swap meet.

Sounds good to me. I'll be setup at spots C10-C12, Thurs - Sun. Same row that Paul Miller was set up in last year.

Comfortable walking shoes as there is a LOT of ground to cover!
Sunscreen and an umbrella as the weather could do both in one day.
If you're bringing a motorized vehicle to ride around, it will need a license plate.
No bicycles and no dogs.
If you are doing the demo rides, get to the demo paddock early (@ 7am) to sign up as the demos fill up fast.
The best swap meet deals can be had on Sunday provided the item (and the seller) is still there. Cash talks....

For the swap meet - I usually bring a vernier caliper, a metric tape measure, and a metric fastener gauge in my cargo shorts pockets. A backpack or collapsible backpack can be really handy if you buy a lot of small stuff. A small note pad and pen to note down the locations of items you want to think about (you WILL NOT be able to find said items again without making a note of their location).

If you are staying longer than a day, you may want to consider packing a folding camping chair and bringing a cooler of water, gatorade, and beer (if you drink beer). Since WVC has a swap meet space, he might be willing to be "base camp" or at least let you stow any larger purchases for a bit....

That's all I can think of off the top of my head - did I mention comfortable walking shoes???

Put in my time from the 22-24 and have to back to work @ 8:30AM on the 25th. Probably going to drive the Metro with a small cycle trailer. Some please hit me in the head.

I'll be in a gold 2000 Ford Explorer. I'll be in the campground. Hopefully near some of the Suzuki guys or Kawi guys. I will have a generator for lights at night if anyone so desire. Also for my a/c should it be hot. I'll be there also with my GS1150 in mulitcolors.

Hope to see some old friends I haven't seen for so long. Gonna be fun. I like Fosters Beer if anyone cares.

Weather people are forecasting a heat wave for this week. Looks like mid 90's and humid for Vintage Days. Bring plenty of water with you if you're attending.....or pay thru the nose for drinks from the various vendors.

Little more packing to do tomorrow afternoon and off tomorrow night. Should be there Friday Morning and got my tickets only and saved, saved, saved. Need to save all the money I can for the swap meet. And of course the evening feed in town. Gotta ride bikes to that one to make it official. Just gotta put a new pigtail on the trailer is the only serious thing tomorrow.
