Anyone from this forum going? There weren't a lot of responses to the query for 2013 so I'm guessing there won't be a lot on this thread either. I've gone 4 out of the past 5 years and usually ride out and back on my vstrom 1000....about a 1000 mile weekend. This year however I'm taking my sweetheart with me so we're going to drive out and camp. We'll meet up with a bunch of other two stroke fanatics from the Kawasaki Triples Owners Club and anyone here would be welcome to join us. You can usually find us at night at the far side of the campground .....you'll know the campsite when you see it....there's usually a hoard of two stoke bikes parked near the camper and we'll be outside BS'ing. July 11, 12 & 13th

jeff

As long as the rain storms don't scare me away like last year, I will be there. If my girlfriend goes with me, Ill load up my GT750. But if I go alone, I'll haul my RGV250SP. Probably leave friday evening, leave van at hotel and ride in early saturday AM...

I'll be there....
Trailering down my 73 GT550 custom and my dad's Ryca Suzuki Savage cafe.

Took my dad to the Supersport and Superbike races there last year for our first road race experience and everyone there told us we really needed to come to vintage bikes this year.....

I'll be attending. This year instead of racing or bringing a bunch of bikes in my trailer, I'm actually riding my '83 GS1100G from Metro-Detroit. It will be a really different experience to actually ride to Vintage Days and not be busy with the racing scene.

Still have my race TR500, just not in the cards this year to race.

Hey Ralph,

Make sure you bring your sales models and info on the various parts you offer. Bringing at least one if not two T500 owners along with me this year. One is race prepping a GT500 and the other just bought a 71 T500.

Krash should be there this year too racing an EX500.

I'm really glad to see some folks coming from this forum! If some weird dude walks up to wearing a Redskins jersey(#44 Riggins), or a Kaw Triples tee, you'll know who it is!

I've ridden to the event four times and this will be the first time I'm driving out so instead of arriving Friday morning exhausted from riding all night the 450 mile trip, I should arrive with some energy for a change!!

Seriously, if you see the jersey, make sure you say "hi"!! There are nearly two dozen guys coming from the Kaw triples owners club and it would be great to get all the smokers together. We usually all meet in the evenings at the far end of the campground....you're all welcome to stop by....you'll know the place by the array of two strokes at the campsite!!

I bought a couple of new scooters for me and my girlfriend to ride around while we're out there but of course they are in my shop now being refitted with 36v systems including 1000w controllers, bigger motors, different sprockets(for the hill) and extra batteries!! She asked me why I'm tossing the brand new parts it came with and I just looked at her.....and she understood<LOL>!! Got to modify!! Better, faster, stronger.....

Here's a shot of an unscheduled Sundial Moto Sports "reunion" of sorts:

Image

We just happened to meet up in front of the Wall of Death at the same time - starting at the left - Cyclocrossfool (Tom - that's his GT500 race bike we standing behind), Keith Sutton, John Cooper, me, and Desmocat (Ralph).

Of course the caption for this photo would read - "Hey Eric! Having a good time. Wish you were here!"

Also saw this T350 race bike with Sundial Moto Sports on the number plates (not mounted on the bike in this picture).

Anybody know the history of this one?

So that could be you at Daytona then? Or Barber? Or Roebling? Etc...

They mentioned possibly offering a school at NJMP for the USCRA deal Sept 19-21. Haven't heard any more about it though so maybe now.
