OK Scorch, I don't mind having first go.
This clip was taken at the Isle of Man in 2010, and those of you that have visited our website, will have heard the clatter of four 500 twins rattling up this famous ribbon of tarmac before. The clip starts from the driveway of the house that we rent every year, and shows us blasting the wrong way along the circuit, from Cronk ny Mona, through Hillberry, and on towards Brandish in the distance. In front, is the other half of Titan Performance, Tim, on his beautiful Whiteway tribute bike. In second, is our mate P.A. on his "all alloy" special, then it's me...making most of the noise and with a clutch that can't handle full throttle, and lastly Tim's bro Jon on the Texaco Heron bike.

I've watched that vid before. Hilarious, seems as if you guys are hardly moving. Compared to the speed of late model sport bikes. Cool video, but funny. Ha ha

Wow Pearl, you know how to hurt a fella's feelings..haha !

I know what you are saying, it does look sedate, but the idea was to cruise past the camera to get a good shot of us all, and then we gave it what for up to Brandish. We were doing a ton as I pull out to pass my mate and my clutch lets go just before the bend.
The bend at Brandish used to be about a 60 mph, 90 degree left, but it was opened out into a massive gentle curve in 2007, in time for the centenary TT, and is considered to be a contributory factor in John McGuiness braking the 130 mph barrier that year.
The top men will take it in flat in 5th, which is probably well in excess of 150mph !

Modified 1976 Suzuki GT750

Post by seviston »

Some videos of my Modified GT750 finished summer of 2012. It has full Busa front suspension and wheels, GSXR swingarm, 34mm Oval slide carbs, Jemcos and rebuilt motor with electronic ignition. The tank is from an RE5 and the tail is custom made from the rear third of an RE5 tank.

Someone did a great job on that seat. I like how it transitions over the rear fairing.

Thanks, it has a 2" foam base with a 1" Gel insert with leather cover. It is wearing nicely after 3500 miles. I was unsure how I would like the center section with no stitching but it is very comfortable.
