Am a bit curious.
Watched the “Towards Hurricane Ridge, Part 1” video.
Why does the stoplight/taillight for the first bike appear to flash except when going through the tunnels?

Must be something to do with the camera, the lights leds and natural sunlight wave length. You also see it with led road signs as well.
