Re-Assembling the front hub and axle, the way it came off, the tire is not centered under the steering stem. It is biased to the drum side.
Cant be right can it?
Anyone got a picture of there front wheel hub and axle, I must have the spacers wrong.

Re: RV125 front wheel centered?
Thanks Tristan.
Part 22 & 28...22 sits in the seal part 24, and against 25. 28 sits against 22 and is what the shock leg mounts too.
I think I have this right, the brake shoe shield lines up on the other fork perfectly, just to the naked eye, tire does not look centered, seems to be bias'd to drum side....
oh well.

Re: RV125 front wheel centered?
Hi Ben,
I managed to take a photo today, yes it does look a bit to the side, just the way it is.

Re: RV125 front wheel centered?
I dont mean to resurrect a old thread but something doesn't look right to me. The front wheel on my RV is centered. If its still an issue could you take some closer pics of the front wheel focusing on the spacers and how you have the hub attached to the wheel?

Re: RV125 front wheel centered?
will do. But I cant see how it would work anyother way as the cover plate for the drum has to mate up to the left fork as a point of resistance.
Photos coming...

Re: RV125 front wheel centered? - SOLVED
....think I found my issue.
No picture needed really. What I have done is install the hub to the wheel the wrong way.
The 2 piece wheel is offset, valve stem side is shallower than the other and must be the side where the brakes are on. I was being cute and wanted both valve stems on the right side.
When I looked at the new project, it was pretty obvious the wheel does center up in the forks AND under the fender. Was thinking in bed, Suzuki would never build a bike with an offset front wheel....it must be something I have pooched.
Measure the 2 piece rim widths and you will see the offset.....dumb move on my part....add it to the list.
PS: Actually, looking at the fiche above, the valve stem side is on the right.....will double check. but for sure the deeper dish needs to be on the right.
