1970 TS250 what to torque the top end down to?

Hi, I'm just restoring my old '70 TS250. Just had the barrel bored and honed and fitted a new piston and rings, gaskets etc but I can find any info on the torque settings for both the cylinder and the head for this model. For now I've just done it by feel but that's not idea!

Probably 14 & 25 lb/ft. 8mm/10mm
