Have been collecting bits for it and will start rebuilding this weekend. I found a flat bottom headlamp in Cyprus :P but still no luck on an exhaust.

Hello,
I am restoring a 73 TS400, bought it about a month ago. I found a NOS pipe for the 72-73 TS400. Trying to work the deal out but it's far away. I live in the U.S. Pipe is closer to you. If i can not work the deal out i will give you the info on it and you can see if you can purchase it for your bike.

I will let you know.

Ive stripped the engine,as when i got it started i realised the crankcase seals had gone.
Anyway i have a set of gaskets at a mates in the states but my question is

Is the 250 crankcase the same size? As weemoto have gaskets for that. I know the bores will be different . Any thoughts?

Well its official the TS is now a UK citizen :D :D
MOT'd and insured and had a couple of little rides, a big vibration between the legs

And the NOS exhaust has arrived from Spain, not fitted yet as I have no chrome heat guard yet so If anyone knows of one please let me know. I need to early one with round holes but will settle of anything to start with.

Finally went out for a bit of green laneing last week, wont be going far though. Only managed 32 miles on the tank. Guess I need to sort the fuelling out.
What would you guys expect for 1.8 gallons? 50?

A good friend has just done one very nicely. He gets 30ish but on road tyres and geared up somewhat.
