oil seal part numbers

Post by joolstacho »

I need to renew the oils seals on my '73 TS100, -The ones on the gearbox drive side.
There's 3, the clutch pushrod, the gearshift shaft, and the main output shaft.
Can anyone give me the part no's, or better the actual oem part no's?
Cheers

Don't worry about this... Mick Hone Motorcycles has done the trick. Too easy - after half an hour on the internet with no luck. Phone up, speak to a real human, who finds the parts and sends them. (Don't you love old technology!!!)
I can post the part numbers up if anyone else needs them.

Isn't that the truth though? I've saved many hours just by picking up a phone, and often have to remind my friends/colleagues to do the same rather than trying to answer every question on Google.....

But anyway, just wanted to say that some of the retailers of Suzuki parts, at least here in the US, publish component diagrams cross-referenced to the most recent versions of available parts for your bike. On a place like PartZilla they even have the diagrams for your '73 TS100, and a few of those seals in-stock. This may help you next time in a pinch to find a part no. if you can't find an original parts manual: https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/suzuk ... o-97-ts100
