My chart does match the TS125 diagram. I do not have a taillight...yet. Would that effect the lights?

The minimum total load on the alternator
= headlight + speedo light + taillight + battery
= 25W + 3W + ~8W + battery
= ~ 36W + battery

Without the headlight & taillight there isn't much load on the alternator.

The flat bottom headlights are rare & NLA from Suzuki. Would be a good idea to get a spare when you find one at a reasonable price.

Should I wait until I get a taillight to try to get my lights to work?

To play it safe, you could set your flat-bottom headlight aside & temporarily connect a cheap car headlight.

A 12V 50W car headlight would have the same resistance as your headlight & would draw the same current.
Doesn't need to be exactly 50W -- just need some load so you can complete the rebuild electrical work.

I will do that. I am going to Vintage Motorcycle Days this year so I will look for some spare flat-bottomed headlights there. Thanks!
