It's not the prettiest thing I've ever put together, but it works like a dream.
it's a old harbor freight screw driver shaft welded to a random 10mm thread bolt with some round stock and scrap steel for the torquey end of it.

I had to make this beast because the aramtures were stuck on both my motors from years of sitting.
