my wires going to the starter motor and coils are getting really hot.coming out of the key switch.
what should i look for?
there doesnt seem to be any wire grounding out.

Noticed that its been a month since you posted the question.
Do you still have the problem or have you fixed it?
Does the electric starter work?
Check for voltage drops. This might point you in the direction of the problem.
Try some tests with the lights off, coils disconnected, & key on.
Do the wires still get hot? Voltage drops should point you in the direction of the problem.
