Comedy Relief

Post by Joiseygirl »

Good jokes are getting scarce. Why not try some riddles this year. I'll post the answer if you guys show some interest but guess incorrectly.

Riddle No. 1
What certain crime is punishable if attempted but not punishable if committed.

I am the beginning of the end, and the end of time and space. I am essential to creation, and I surround every place. What am I?

The person who makes it, sells it. The person who buys it never uses it and the person who uses it doesn't know they are. What is it?

Tried to edit this with the correct riddle but was unable to. Oh well.

Try this one.
What English word retains the same pronunciation, even after you take away four of its five letters?

I give up can't figure that one out.
Wasn't this the riddle you started this topic with - I guessed "suicide" as the answer...

That's easy - Queue - although I've always felt that word had an extra "ue" in it!

How about this one:

The person who makes it, sells it. The person who buys it never uses it and the person who uses it doesn't know they are. What is it?
