I'm beginning restoration work on these years of gauges for the TS125 and 185 models. I've already stripped out a set for restoration and have another set to completely restore as well.
Here are a few photos showing some of the parts during the initial strip down process and beginning of the restoration.

Heres how that set of 1973 TS185 ended up looking after the restoration was completed. There are some stress cracks in the central areas of the lenses which is a common problem, but the black cases are in great shape and were restored to a high level of finish which sort of offsets the minor lens issues. Its not too bad a result for some 43 year old gauges.

You certainly have much more patience than I have Allan.
Top marks to someone who can - and does - that standard of work.

Thanks Alan, its not the patience that bothers me, its making the time needed to work on them. With so much other parts in restoration the gauges do take up some serious time, slowing me down from working on those other parts.
