There were a few Roca produced cafe models weren't there ? I'm sure I recall seeing a GT750 somewhere also ?

Re: 125 Suzuki GT with liquid cooled kit
Jacques ROCA was a french Suzuki dealer and racer (TR 500 finished 3d or 4th of GP de France 500 72 I think with the TR 500, TR 750) on the 60s to 90s who sadly died one or two years ago.
He had also worked for french Suzuki and did, to help the poor sales a SUZUKI GT 750 Roca with a unit body kit and modified barrels.
He also did unit body kit for T 350, GT 125, 380 and 550.

The GT 750 and T 350 Roca were sold in Spain on the 70s as Roca bikes with a Roca titles as the japeneses bikes were banned in Spain but not EEC bikes.
The water cooled engine isn't Roca but LJM kit which was a french maker of the 70s who did these kits for SUZUKI GT 125 and Yamaha RD 125 twin.

Re: 125 Suzuki GT with liquid cooled kit
I have heard this previously, but have been unable to locate any documentation confirming it - perhaps because it would have been in Spanish. I ask as when I was researching Roca for the Field Guide I was going to include that information, but without being able to confirm the Spain story I decided not to. Do you happen to know a source I could check ?husson73 wrote:The GT 750 and T 350 Roca were sold in Spain on the 70s as Roca bikes with a Roca titles as the japeneses bikes were banned in Spain but not EEC bikes.
Thx !

Re: 125 Suzuki GT with liquid cooled kit
well,am late (just a little) to answer
well will ask on the french GT Suzuki forum think some members got some T 350 or 750 from Spain and the spain tittle mentioned maker Roca not Suzuki.
BTW Japauto 1000 SS (Former CB 750 four with 969cc barrels and pistons rings) were also sold in spain as french bikes : maker Japauto (which was and still is today the biggest Honda bikes dealer in France)
BTW any idea?
