I hope I am in the right title, my first post to introduce! Sorry if not. I could not see an introduction place.
I am a retired electrical guy and live in the Northwest - UK. Near Warrington.
I have a few classics and am not on any bike forums. I thought it was time to try and connect up.
I am just finishing a little TC120 - 1969. I did the 71 R model last year. I love the USA spec bikes that we did not see when I was at school. Just picked up a really ratty K11 and also a K15 as the 11 turned out to be a bit out of shape and the dealer kindly let me have it quite cheap as compensation. Probably a better prospect.
I like the little twostrokes. Not everybody's cup of tea, i know.
I did a T250R a couple of years ago. Need to sort out a left cyclinder miss that developed last year.
Besides above I have a 1953 BSA B33 plunger.
Cheers Mike
Here is the TC i did. Paint on tank kept original. Patina - rust. I will dig out some more tomorrow. It is the wrong tank for a TC120R 71 bike. But i prefer the early colours and badge. Original tank was bad. This was so seized the piston had to be drilled and cut out. Should have put the saw through the crank when i finally got the cylinder off and saw the condition of the crank.
Cheers Mike

Thanks for the welcome guys. Sorry for the delay, I could not find were I wrote the password.
Here is the Hustler I did a couple of years ago. Just chasing an intermitent HT fault.
I was going to fit the black Hi pipes but not to sure now. I don't think i could live without those cigar ends. Took some chasing down the baffles and chrome ends. I will fit and see what it looks like. Probably a better contrast with the yellow tank of the type 2.
Cheers Mike
