Re: XR11/73
You can see a lot of the "making off" on the BDK Website http://www.bdkraceeng.co.uk/TR750s.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There were also other manufactors of dry clutch Systems for the Suzuki GT750 engine such as Barton Engineering located in Wales in the 70's.
Here as an example their roughly sandcasted clutchhousing

Hi Karl
can you post a couple of pictures of the front of the Barton dry clutch casing (the part that sits inside the engine) and the rear of the same casing. Would be a great help
thanks

He certainly does, the ones he made for my 550 are really good. Ceramic 'chrome' coated now.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Re: XR11/73
Hello Dave,
Interesting - I was already thinking if I should use the stock crown header mounts on my JEMCOs. Did you cut the begin of the original headers and welded them on the JEMCOs? I am interested in your approach, looks exactly how I wanted it to be on my BIMOTA project and the JEMCO flanges are pretty loose in the exhaust pots and difficult to seal
